This is one of the exhibit halls at the 1909 World's Fair held in Seattle, the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition.

This image was printed onto a handkerchief for the A.Y.P.E. We do not know if the copy was authorized; the signature has been removed, suggesting that the image was pirated.

There is also an Image 225 (225 - 42 Storie L.C. Smith Bldg.) showing the L.C. Smith Tower, which was completed in 1914. Perhaps Otto reused the image number because no one would be interested in an A.Y.P.E. card after the exposition ended.
