Otto took several photos of waterfront and harbor areas "by moonlight." It is hard to tell whether these were actually taken at night or whether they are simply underexposed photos taken during the day.

The masts of a clipper ship are visible in the lower left corner of the image. The silhouette of Luna Park in West Seattle is visible in the center.

There is also an Image 206 (206 - Fisheries Bldg A.Y.P.E.) showing an exhibit hall at the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition. Perhaps Otto reused the image number because no one would be interested in an A.Y.P.E. card after the exposition ended.
